Contract of entrusted administration

Entrusted administration is the administration of Owner’s property exercised by the Real Estate Trust on the basis of agreement of entrusted administration with the purpose of gaining maximal profit in behalf of property Owner. If you are unable to be engaged in the process of your property administration (gone on a long business trip, have changed your place of residence), you can secure a stable income by concluding with our company a Contract of Entrusted Administration of Your Property. Under the contract of entrusted administration Owner passes his Property to Real Estate Trust for entrusted administration on a certain term. The Real Estate Trust is obligated to carry out administration of the property in behalf of proprietor, but the right of ownership on the real estate remains for a proprietor. In short, you shift all the problems, connected with maintaining premises, clients search and lease onto our company. We become the representative of your interests, and your real estate will always be under supervision. The only thing you need is to receive the income from the rental facility in any way specified in advance.

Within the proposed services we perform the following work package:

• Search of a worthy tenant for your apartment and organization of viewings
• Negotiations with a tenant and contract signing on beneficial terms
• Registration of a contract of tenancy;
• Reception of monthly rent;
• Resolving financial issues between a proprietor and a tenant
• Transferring rental payment to a proprietor;

• We carry out additional wishes of the owner on supervision of apartment.

A commission at the conclusion of Contract of Entrusted Administration is 10% of rental.
